“Isolano” by Donnafugata is an Etna Bianco doc mainly produced with Carricante. It is harvested at the end of September, with fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. It is partly aged in cement tanks and partly in oak barrels for over 12 months.

Straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose notes citrus, notes of broom and Mediterranean herbs. An elegant wine with persistence and enviable minerality.

Excellent with shellfish, porcini mushrooms and dishes based on fish and white meat. Serve at a temperature of 12ºC in a glass not very wide.
