Chocolate Artisan is led by the dedicated chef Jessica Pedemont, whose career has been devoted to the international realms of chocolate making and pastry. Collaborating with her sister company, SOUTH PACIFIC CACAO, she extends her support to the Pacific Island communities responsible for cultivating the cacao beans which are meticulously handcrafted into fine chocolate. Her unwavering commitment to provenance, fairness, and authenticity is evident through her selection of award-winning ingredients from small-scale artisan producers in Australia and the Pacific region.
The core of her offerings, from cacao to nuts, coconut, dried fruits, and more, adheres to organic standards whenever feasible. All her chocolates are meticulously processed from raw ingredients right within her Haberfield factory.
