INGREDIENTS EXTRA DARK CHOCOLATE 35%: Cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring. Cocoa min. 50.2%.

Pralines: OUTER INGREDIENTS (55%): Extra dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Minimum cocoa 50.2%).
FILLING INGREDIENTS (45%):
– Boero: dark sugar (sucrose, glucose syrup, water), maraschino (alcohol, water, flavourings), 14% alcohol-treated cherry.
– Nocciolino: 45% PGI Piedmont hazelnut, sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
– Limoncello: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), lemon honey, 5% lemon infusion (alcohol, lemon peel).
