Black Olive. Fruit sourced from our vineyard in Lyndoch, Barossa Valley. 100% Merlot.
Colour: Deep ruby red, brilliant and elegant.
Aroma: Rich and complex, ripe cherry fruit with hints of blackcurrant and plum.
Palate: Full bodied and smooth to the palate, with rich plum, black berries flavors, has great length with lingering ripened wild berries to finish. To be enjoyed with fine foods such as
