Rosé raspberry spritzer

Ingredients

  • 360ml rosé wine
  • 180ml orange juice
  • 90ml lemon juice
  • 240ml soda water
  • Ice cubes, to serve
  • Raspberry syrup
  • 1 cup (220g) caster sugar
  • 60g raspberries

Method

  1. To make the raspberry syrup, place the sugar and ½ cup (125ml) water in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add raspberries and simmer, stirring, for 8 mins or until the raspberries break down and release their juices and the syrup is pink in colour.
  3. Set aside to cool completely. Strain through a fine sieve into an airtight container. Discard the solids.
  4. Place wine, orange juice, lemon juice, soda water and 90ml raspberry syrup in a jug.
  5. Add ice cubes and stir to combine.
  6. Pour among white wine glasses.

Daiquiri (Non-Alcoholic)

Ingredients

Method

  1. Shake with ice, fine strain.
  2. Pour in coupe cocktail glasses
  3. Garnish with lemon slices

French 75

Ingredients

Method

  1. Shake gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice with ice.
  2. Strain into a champagne glass.
  3. Top with Champagne.
  4. Garnish with lemon rind or lemon slices.

Negroni Sbagliato

Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix the Campari and sweet vermouth to a lowball glass.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Pour in sparkling wine.
  4. Add the Prosecco
  5. Garnish with orange slices and serve!

Summer Spritz

Method

  1. Add ingredients in carafe
  2. Fill with ice, stir, top with soda.
  3. Garnish with fresh thyme or mint sprig.
